- Public Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) and SEI-Net announcement metadata already stored by FinPortal.
- Public DZS and DZR release metadata already shown by FinPortal.
- Stored international financial-news translations and short summaries, linked to original publishers.
- Published FinPortal editorial articles; full text is exposed only for FinPortal-owned articles.
- Short public summaries and links for published FinPortal stories.
- Active public document metadata, with a FinPortal viewer link.
- Deterministic MSE company lookup by exact ticker, Macedonian Cyrillic name, Latin transliteration, and curated alias.
- Company intelligence grouped by source category, with a bounded date range and source attribution.

## Important boundaries

- MCP tools are read-only. They do not publish, edit, delete, send, refresh feeds, or call an AI provider.
- Results are stored snapshots, not a real-time feed; missing records do not prove that no event occurred.
- Full third-party text is not returned. Use source links and cite dates and publishers.
- Quotes, indices, currencies, and index constituents are excluded pending redistribution-rights review.
- Responses are informational and are not personalized investment advice.
- Basic access is anonymous and rate-limited; use the health and catalog endpoints to verify current status.
